Bee Removal

It is important to identify whether the insect is a honey bee and not a wasp or hornet.  Honey bees are protected and cannot be exterminated.   They are also the state insect of Wisconsin so you wouldn’t want to ruin our heritage. Once the honey bee is identified by description or picture to the beekeeper he will arrive to remove.

There is a difference between removing a swarm that has landed near a home, business or tree branch versus one that already has entered a building. The latter is a more time consuming and complicated process.

We will come free of charge to collect a swarm within a 10 mile radius of Lodi 53555. If the location is between 16 and 35 miles,  there will be a minimum $25 on-site fee.

For a hive that is already established within a building an estimate will be provided to the building owner after an initial site visit. A minimum trip charge of $25 will apply regardless of the distance.
